Credits and passes pay for receipts beyond the free daily receipt. You need to be signed in to buy them.
What each receipt costs

Credits are taken off your balance after the PDF is generated. While a pass is active, every receipt you make on the site is covered and uses no credits. That includes Create, Bulk (pasted and file upload) and corrections.

There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Credits are non-refundable, so buy only what you need. Payment is by card through Stripe.
Unlimited Passes
A pass gives you unlimited receipts for a set time.
- 7-Day Unlimited Pass: $19.99 CAD
- Annual Unlimited Pass: $99.99 CAD, 1 year of unlimited receipts
A pass is a one-time payment. It doesn't renew by itself, and you can have only one active at a time. While it is active, the form shows Covered by your unlimited pass for gift-in-kind and gift with advantage receipts.
How to buy
- Sign in.
- Open the Credits page.
- Click Buy Now under a package, or Get Unlimited Pass.
- Enter your card details and complete the payment.
The credits or the pass show up on your account straight away.
Where to see your balance
- On Create a receipt, in the Account & Credits box: Credits: N. An active pass shows how many days are left.
- On the Credits page: You have N credits.
Good to know
- Personal credits work for Create, Bulk and Correct.
- A personal pass does not pay for the NationBuilder integration. It uses its own organization credits, bought separately in the integration, and your personal credits don't pay for it either.
- If you don't have enough credits for a receipt, you see how many you need and how many you have. Buy more and try again.
- Emailing a receipt to the donor is available when the receipt is paid with credits or a pass.
