By using freecharityreceipts.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

We provide a service to generate CRA-compliant charity receipts for Canadian nonprofit organizations. The service includes both free and paid tiers.

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and that your organization is eligible to issue charity receipts under Canadian law.

Free tier users are limited to 1 receipt per CRA registration number per day, with a maximum donation amount of $500 CAD.

Credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used to generate unlimited receipts.

We provide this service "as is" and make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of generated receipts. Users are responsible for verifying compliance with all applicable regulations.
